Shipping and Delivery

At this time, we only ship to Australian addresses from Dawsons Australia.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and we will immediately begin processing it. Orders typically ship within 24 to 48 hours. Expedited shipping orders must be received before the cutoff of 12 pm to ship on the same day. Orders placed after noon will ship the following day. Orders placed after noon on Friday will ship on Monday.

Shipping will be free for orders of at least $140. For orders below $140, there will be a flat fee of $20.

Orders for out of stock items will be processed as a pre-order and will ship once the ordered product is back in stock. Pre-order lead times will be indicated on the product page when ordering. In the event of a multi-item order where some items are in stock and some are pre-ordered, we will partially ship the in-stock items by default, and there will be no additional charge for the multiple shipments.

Shipping may be delayed during holidays and times of high demand. Please bear with us if that happens. Once your order ships, you will receive another confirmation email from us, including a tracking number if applicable.
